Naga City

Also known as “The Pilgrim City of Naga” and formerly called “Nueva Caceres”,  Naga City is one of the few independent chartered cities in the Philippines. It is the smallest city in Bicol in terms of land area but has the 2nd largest population in the region. The city is home to quite a number of churches as well as the main seat of devotion to Our Lady of Peñafrancia.

Albay
