Silyáb, a Bikol word for spark, puts the spotlight on Naga City and Bikol’s singer-songwriters, music producers, and unique and powerful musical acts. It’s a gathering of different musical styles, a showcase of creativity, and a call for continuous support for this hyperlocal music movement we call Bicol Pop.
This year’s Rigmat Arts and Culture Fest includes a one-of-a-kind concert putting the spotlight on local singer-songwriters and music producers. Come and watch Silyab! at the Museo ni Jesse Robredo grounds in Naga City happening on August 17, 2024 from 3-10 PM!
The concert will feature singer-songwriters Kriola, Ikay Jaucian, Jum Tria, Tiano Lelis, Khryss Arañas, Karl Ramirez, electronic music producer and Queer Pop artist Fearcyz, the world-music Bicol Pop percussion group Kilyáb, Andy Belmonte’s “Lolo and the Vocalistas”, and the bands The Sierra Madres, Dwell, Hatinduyog, Aya, Rotonda, Laban sa Gabos, Arbitrary, Drumcles, Ermitanyo, and Tanikala.
